David Milliron, the owner/operator of Oakford Associates, maintains active memberships in two nationally recognized organizations: NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors, Inc) and SPREI (Society of Professional Real Estate Inspectors).

With 16 years of experience as a restoration contractor and building inspector, David possesses a thorough knowledge of building construction, including electro-mechanical systems.  Combined with excellent communications skills, David’s ability to recognize potential defects and convey the issues with clarity and precision are demonstrated in a concise narrative report.
